A little about myself:
I am proud to be a woman in America, a United States citizen by birth, descended of immigrants. I am a Christian, and I think, rather spiritual. I am incredibly perfectly an imperfect human being.
I am a wife, (step)mom, grandma, great-grandma, sister, aunt, veteran supporter, biker chic, math-detailed, community-loving, farm-raised, college-educated, wearing-many-hats-type person. Oh, and friend. Hopefully, I'm a friend. I also like living on planet earth and think that it's great to watch the stars in the night sky. I tend to be verbose and not afraid to open my mouth when I think I'm right and/or have a cause in which I believe. Fascinated by history, I am. We are living history every single day.
I started my love for writing in high school -- attributing this love to my favorite teacher, affectionately known as "Ike." Thanks to him, I am here to bombard you with words. Hope he takes the blame! (wink!)
